Eligibility was expanded with the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008. The purpose of the ETV Program is to provide financial assistance for postsecondary training and education to youth who have aged out of foster care or who have left foster care after age 16 for kinship, guardianship, or adoption. Fostering Success Michigan is a program of Educate Tomorrow that aims to increase access and success in higher education and post-college careers for youth with experience in foster care.
