Youth Fostering Change is a youth engagement program through the Juvenile Law Center, and offers youth who are currently or formerly involved in the child welfare system the opportunity to evaluate the system and develop and implement a campaign that works toward reform. From 2015-2016, Youth Fostering Change focused on working to improve access to higher education for foster youth and developed specific recommendations based on their research findings. Join FSM as we discuss "Achieving Success: Guidance for Colleges to Better Support Foster Youth" with Cathy Moffa, MSS/MLSP, Associate for Youth Engagement at the Juvenile Law Center, and the 2015-2016 YFC Youth Advocates.
