National REACH Coalition

The National REACH Coalition (NRC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Washington, DC, was funded in 2004 to support a network of community-based organizations extending across 50 states and territories in achieving racial and ethnic health equity.

Each organization utilizes community-driven and evidence and/or practice-based strategies to address the social determinants of health and root causes of  health disparities among racial/ethnic populations across the nation.
