Cleveland State University - Sullivan-Deckard Scholars Opportunity Program

The Sullivan-Deckard Scholars Opportunity Program provides opportunity for highly motivated youth who are aging out of foster care to pursue an undergraduate degree. The program offers the benefits of a world-class education at Cleveland State University with a system of support that is customized and structured to meet the academic, social and financial needs. The goal is to help students make a smooth transition to  independent living, successfully complete engaged learning for personal and professional development, and ultimately earn a Bachelor’s Degree.
