Setting goals can sometimes be a difficult challenge, especially when they are BIG goals. However, all goals can be simplified into 'bite sized' peices that make them easier to accomplish. See the five facts below to gain a better understanding of setting and reaching goals. 

  1. Specific, realistic goals work best
  2. It takes time for a change to become an established habit
  3. Repeating a goal makes it stick
  4. Pleasing other people doesn't work
