I had a great day at the Lufthansa Airlines San Salvador Office with my family. We wanted to talk to someone face-to-face because we were organizing a vacation to Europe. The personnel were incredibly helpful, courteous, and patient. They made sure we got everything we needed and addressed all of our inquiries. The workplace had cozy seats and was spotless. The staff was really kind to my little dog, who was also with me. They went over everything we needed to do before the flight and how pet travel operates. Everything was simple to comprehend.
