3rd Annual Summit Toolkit
This toolkit provides documents and presentations that were available at the 2014 3rd Annual Summit.
On May 10, 2013, Fostering Success Michigan held it's 2nd Annual Summit. Together, we're moving "From Passion to Action!"
This toolkit provides you with a bulk of resources that you may find useful from the 2013 summit.
You will find: the link to the Lemn Sissay's Ted Talk, FSM's Framework of 5 collective impact conditions, Steve Yager's speech, and Powerpoints: the FSM Collective Impact Framework, the Macomb MYOI Building Partnerships, and Supporting College Success for Students from Foster Care (Casey Family Programs).
Thank you to all of those who were able to come out and show support, the Summit was a huge success. There were:
- 29 youth and alumni of foster care representing 6 universities!
- 13 Universities and community colleges represented by over 25 higher education partners!
- Over 40 partners representing Department of Human Services from all four regions!
- Attendance to the 2013 Summit increased by over 100%!
