This FSM toolkit provides an overview of collective impact and highlights how FSM utilizes this framework to address the large scale social problem of increasing postsecondary access and success for youth with experience in foster care.  General resources are provided, including research articles that explain this useful framework. FSM specific resources are also included via a webinar and podcast, which highlight how FSM addresses the 5 conditions of collective impact and how the framework has guided our work. FSM Network partners and those interested in learning more about our role as a backbone organization will gain a deeper understanding in the guiding principles of this work and what role collaboration and partnership plays within the larger framework.
