The program is under the umbrella of the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation, and since 2012, the popular talk show host and best-selling author has been providing this opportunity.
The program is open to both teens and young adults between the ages of 16-21. Nominators must be 16 years of age or older. Eligible youth also may nominate themselves. Winners will be selected and contacted within two months after the deadline.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in MARCH of each year, and the award amount is usually $5,000.
