Maddy Day, Director of Outreach and Training for the Center for Fostering Success at Western Michigan University provides an overview of how FSM addresses the 5 conditions of collective impact, working toward changing the larger scale social problem of increasing postsecondary access and success for youth with experience in foster care. This webinar will revisit how the collective impact framework has guided FSM work, highlight lessons learned, and describe next steps for Phase II of the initiative. FSM Network partners and those interested in learning more about FSM's role as a backbone organization will gain a deeper understanding in the guiding principles of this work and what role collaboration and partnership plays within the larger framework.
