Saginaw Valley State University - F.A.S.T. Program

The F.A.S.T. Program is designed to aid current and former foster youth who are transitioning into college life and adulthood.

This program will provide them with personal and academic counseling, life skills training, and pair them with a peer mentor who can also provide support.

Each individual has varying needs and the F.A.S.T. Program is able to look at these specifically and provide services. Navigating the University system can be difficult, and the F.A.S.T. Program can guide eligible students through this system with the aid of a trained Life Skills Coach and peers who know how to help.
