eLearning Soft Skills Program

These 14 eLearning modules on Lifelong Soft Skills are to provide a universally accessible soft skills training resource for the Michigan workforce for basic and foundational skills for the workplace, to help ensure the workforce is ready to succeed in the 21st century.

The 14 modules fall into four categories: Communication, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Creativity.

Communication includes the following:

-Humility

-Communication

-Conflict

Critical Thinking includes the following:

-Ethical Character

-Personal Judgement

-Problem Solving

-Time Management

Collaboration includes the following:

-Diversity and Inclusion

-Self-Confidence 

-Teamwork

Creativity includes the following:

- Possitive Attitude 

-Initiative

-Flexibility

-Work Ethic
